I’m 50+. And I’m Dreaming Again.

For years, I thought dreaming was something you did when you were young.

When you were starting your career. Building your family. Chasing your next promotion.
Then somewhere along the way, the dreams became responsibilities.
– Targets.
– Budgets.
– People.
– Problems to solve.
– Results to deliver.

And that’s okay. Those years built me.

But now, in my 50s, I’ve realized something:
I’m not done dreaming.
In fact, I’m dreaming bigger.
I’m dreaming of building something that can outlive my career.
Something that captures the lessons, mistakes, breakthroughs, and experiences accumulated over decades of leading organizations.

That dream is Designed to Win™.

A practical framework for leaders who want to build organizations where:
– Purpose creates alignment.
– People drive execution.
– Leadership creates performance.
– Systems create consistency.

And underneath it are the Seven Winning Principles—the ideas I’ve developed from real experiences in operations, transformation, growth, and leadership.

I don’t know exactly how far this dream will go.

Yes, It will become a book.
Maybe a leadership system.
Maybe a certification.
Maybe something much bigger.

But I know this:

Age doesn’t have to make your dreams smaller. Sometimes, it gives you the experience, perspective, and courage to finally pursue the dream that matters most.

I’m 50+.

Yes, I’m dreaming again. But for now, I have work to do.
– Sustain the business.
– Scale the business.
– Create employment opportunities.
– Continue to develop leaders.

And perhaps, along the way, build something that helps other leaders do the same.

Winning isn’t luck.
It’s by design.
